L'ARROSTO GIRATO...have you ever heard about? It would be reductive call it just BBQ. L'Arrosto Girato is a typical dish from Valdarno area, our valley, that in past gathered all the families during the winter Sundays around the fireplace to admire, smell and and enjoy at the end this delicious plate.
The cooking process is indeed very long and it lasts three or four hours. Our version, of necessity, is a revised version but non less scrummy!

The menu consists of a first traditionl course, the 'arrosto girato' bbq with seasonal grilled vegetables, dessert and lots of good wine.
